SunTrust analyst Tobey Sommer raised his price target on ICF International to $77, saying he is increasingly more confident that revenues will accelerate in FY19. The analyst cites the 8.8% growth in federal non-defense spending, which includes 11% rise in public health. Sommer keeps his Buy rating on ICF International, forecasting a "very strong contract awards" quarter in Q3 while also noting its attractive valuation of 11.8-times enterprise value to FY19 expected EBITDA relative to 12.5-times average of its peers.
