Loop Capital analyst Joseph Vafi raised his price target on ICF International to $74, saying that while its Q1 results were inline, he expects further catalysts to emerge by mid-year. The analyst points to anticipated improvement in the core government services market, where the budget for the Department of Health and Human is expected to increase 14%. Vafi also expects ICF International to manage many of the disaster relief programs, which received an appropriation of about $14B in federal funds, keeping his Buy rating on the stock.
