Following a detailed search of the Texas State Comptroller's website, Loop Capital analyst Joseph Vafi says he expects to see a material pickup in contract announcements from ICF International, perhaps as early as this quarter with further momentum building in the second half of 2018. In addition to hurricane-related disaster relief for housing, the state is also allocating significant monies to help revitalize small business, Vafi tells investors in a research note. Among companies already pre-approved to bid on housing-related recovery contracts, ICF's competition, for the most part, looks to be from small businesses, the analyst adds. He keeps a Buy rating on ICF International with a $79 price target.
