DA Davidson analyst Thomas Diffely started Ichor Holdings with a Buy rating and $30 price target. Based on the view that the March quarter will be the trough quarter and 2020 will be a "nice recovery year" for semiconductor capital spending, downside risk to the semiconductor capital equipment names is now "fairly modest," Diffely tells investors in a research note. He has a bullish multi-year outlook on Ichor citing projected industry strength and "meaningful company specific drivers."
