Commenting on continued rumors Apple (AAPL) will include wireless charging in the iPhone 8, Craig-Hallum analyst Tony Stoss says he does not believe Integrated Device (IDTI) would be in the iPhone 8 for wireless charging as the company has been suggesting and has not included it in his estimates. Nonetheless, with Apple likely including wireless charging in the iPhone 8, the analyst thinks Chinese OEMs will quickly follow and believes Integrated Device will benefit as a result given its continued market leadership in wireless charging. Stoss reiterates a Buy rating on Integrated Device's shares.
