SunTrust analyst C. Patrick Scholes raised his price target on InterContinental to $66, pointing to the company's "ambitious strategic developments" to build and leverage scale, enhance its revenue delivery and strengthen the loyalty program. The analyst keeps his Hold rating, noting that he is concerned that InterContinental is taking on all of these challenges at once but has not proven to have "robust success" with its newer brands.
