BofA/Merrill analyst Angus Tweedie downgraded Intercontinental Hotels to Neutral from Buy saying consensus forecasts for room growth acceleration to 6% in 2021 from 4% in 2017 are too optimistic. Tweedle expects room growth to be at the 4% level, implying a peak in earnings growth.
