Morgan Stanley downgraded ChipMOS to Equal Weight citing the disappointing Q3 report and soft Q4 outlook. Analyst Charlie Chan said the Q3 loss suggests lost bargaining power in the LCD driver IC business and potential share loss in memory backend.
