After Bloomberg reported that Imperva had received interest from five strategic buyers, JMP Securities analyst Erik Suppiger says the report is probably accurate, since the suitors identified by Bloomberg are "logical buyers" of the company. The analyst thinks that a bidding war will probably break out among the suitors. He raised his price target on Imperva to $56 from $50 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares.
