Citi analyst Stanley Kovler lowered his price target for Infinera (INFN) to $13 saying 2017 upside could be limited amid slowing Long-Haul growth and competitor Ciena's (CIEN) "strong share" in the North American Metro market. Infinera still trades a premium to Ciena, its closest competitor, Kovler tells investors in a research note. He keeps a Neutral rating on Infinera.
