Citi analyst David Driscoll upgraded Ingredion to Buy citing strengthening North American corn sweetener fundamentals. Driscoll believes "tight" capacity has brought the strongest pricing environment in years for the North American corn sweetener industry. He raised his price target for Ingredion shares to $100 from $90.
