BofA/Merrill analyst Shaun Kelley upgraded Summit Hotel Properties two notches to Buy from Underperform and raised its price target to $17 from $14. Kelley said Summit's management has delivered on solid execution and sees better RevPAR performance given exposure to suburbs and key locations that do not have supply headwinds.
