Piper Jaffray analyst Sean Wieland says Inovalon provided details at its analyst day for its new strategy, Inovalon 2.0. However, the new strategy sounds very much like Inovalon's pre-initial public offering strategy, although that strategy didn't play out as planned, Wieland tells investors in a research note. Further, the analyst believes it will take a few quarters to restore confidence. He reiterates an Underweight rating on the shares with an $8 price target.
