JPMorgan analyst Sterling Auty notes that IRS data released today show the number of self-prepared tax filings increased 5.7% year-over-year through April 22. The numbers indicate "meaningful" share gain for the do-it-yourself category, of which Intuit's TurboTax is the leader, Auty tells investors in a research note. He keeps a Neutral rating on Intuit.
