BofA/Merrill analyst Vivek Arya downgraded Inphi to Underperform and cut its price target to $21 from $40 following "materially worse" Q1 guidance led by persistent inventory issues in the coherent transimpedance amplifier/driver business in China. The analyst sais the lack of firm customer orders and deteriorating pricing are a cause for concern.
