Leerink analyst Jason Gerberry lowered his price target for Impax to $10 from $15 after the company missed Q4 topline forecasts, although the bigger issue was management's directional 2017 sales guidance which implies significantly declining profit levels. The analyst reiterates a Market Perform rating on the shares.
