Piper Jaffray analyst Matt O'Brien keeps his Neutral rating and $540 price target after its Q2 earnings beat, saying the results were driven by stronger than expected system sales amid robust da Vinci demand. The analyst notes that while utilization numbers moved higher, the increased procedural guidance range still looks conservative. The analyst states however that the valuation remains healthy on the stock, keeping a neutral stance in spite of the strength in the underlying business and new product cycle.
