JMP Securities analyst Joseph Osha raised his price target on Itron based on the IPO filing range for its competitor, L+G. The analyst valued Itron at the midpoint of L+G's filing range. He says that L+G's business "may have been hobbled in recent years" by the problems of its parent company. Osha reiterates an Outperform rating on Itron.
