As reported previously, Cowen analyst Jeffrey Osborne upgraded Itron to Outperform from Market Perform. The analyst said the Silver Spring acquisition is going well and the combined company backlog sits at $3B. He also noted additional restructuring will increase annualized savings and he sees organic growth accelerating. Osborne raised his price target to $84 from $82 on Itron shares.
