Keefe Bruyette analyst Eric Hagen downgraded Invesco Mortgage to Market Perform and lowered his price target for the shares to $16 from $17. The analyst expects the shares to trade at a valuation discount to peers given the company's higher leverage and longer duration gap due to a lower hedge ratio. He cites valuation for the downgrade.
