Morgan Stanley analysts led by John Glass upgraded Jack in the Box to Overweight from Equal Weight with a $89 price target. The analyst views Jack in the Box risk/reward as favorable following share weakness over the past year and sees upside driven by higher refranchising and an eventual comp recovery at Jack.
