Needham analyst Sean Hannan would be a buyer of Jabil shares on pull-backs following the company's Q4 results/Q1 guide as he continues to see "solid momentum" in the business, a reiteration for $3 in EPS in F19, and attractive valuation. The analyst notes that results beat the Street, while guidance was marginally above expectations, and points out that Jabil will be making some investments in 2019 that will bring down the margin profile in support of new programs. He reiterates a Buy rating and $37 price target on the shares.
