Baird analyst Mark Altschwager said the J.C. Penney analyst day outlined a path to further recovery with its three year financial goals and strategies. The analyst believes the management team has executed well and as a result the shares should be viewed as a tactical opportunity with easy second half comps and visible growth levers. Altschwager reiterated his Buy rating and $13 price target on J.C. Penney shares.
