DA Davidson analyst Brent Thielman lowered his price target on Jacobs Engineering to $86, modeling reduced 2019 EBITDA estimate because of higher near term costs. The analyst keeps his Buy rating on the shares longer term, with catalysts coming from a shift away from the commodity-cycle driven opportunities and toward internal capital-driven prospects.
