As previously reported, Oppenheimer analyst Glenn Greene downgraded Jack Henry to Perform from Outperform, citing the stock's recent outperformance that has left it "fairly valued" relative to fundamentals. Nonetheless, the analyst is impressed by Jack Henry's "solid" execution, continued "strong" organic revenue growth, and sales results.
