After Johnson &Johnson (JNJ) reported that its worldwide spine sales fell 2% worldwide excluding currency effects, Wells Fargo says that the data is positive for smaller pure play spine companies such as NuVasive (NUVA), Globus Medical (GMED), K2M Group (KTWO), and LDR Holding (LDR), according to the firm. Wells explained that J&J noted that it had lost share in spine in Q1 to smaller companies. The firm expects the smaller spine players to continue to take share this year.
