Deutsche Bank analyst Vijay Bhagavath upgraded Juniper Networks to Buy saying the company is likely to disproportionately benefit from 100G+ Edge Routing upgrades. After five years at a Hold rating, Bhagavath believes Juniper's portfolio improvement warrants a Buy rating. He raised his price target for the shares to $32 from $29.
