Loop Capital analyst James Kisner lowered his price target on Juniper to $26 after Q4 results that showed Routing business "much weaker than expected" and a "very disappointing" gross margin guidance. The analyst points to "on-going architectural transition at several major hyperscale customers that led to the negative Q3 pre-announcement", but also notes some signs of recovery in the company's Security business. Kisner keeps his Neutral rating on the stock, awaiting "greater confidence Juniper can exceed investor expectations".
