Goldman Sachs analyst Rod Hall downgraded Juniper Networks to Sell and cut his price target for the shares to $21 from $26. The analyst's detailed cloud installed base model suggests further transitional downside. Hall thinks his already above-consensus 2019 EBIT estimate could be optimistic and that datacenter switching is unlikely to become a growth driver in 2018.
