JPMorgan analyst Samik Chatterjee lowered his price target for Juniper Networks to $24 from $26 and reiterates an Underweight rating on the shares following the company's Q4 results. The primary driver of the softer revenue outlook was the "familiar cloud driven headwind that has challenged Juniper's top-line growth throughout 2018," Chatterjee tells investors in a research note.
