Stifel analyst Michael Scialla upgraded Jones Energyt to Buy and inrcreased its price target to $6 from $3 given its exposure to the emerging southern extension of Oklahoma's prolific STACK play following the recent acquisition of 18M net acres in Central Oklahoma.
