Piper Jaffray analyst Kevin Barker downgraded KeyCorp to Neutral saying expectations are too high heading into the "noisy" second half of the year. The analyst lowered his price target for the shares to $13 from $14.50. The shares will have a difficult time outperforming peers as estimates continue to move lower over the next several months, Barker tells investors in a research note.
