Citi analyst Atif Malik upgraded KLA-Tencor (KLAC) to Neutral to reflect the company's merger agreement with Lam Research (LRCX). The merger will not result in reduced competition, which should ease regulatory concerns, Malik tells investors. He raised his price target for shares to $67 from $45.
