Cowen analyst Krish Sankar raised his price target on KLA-Tencor to $170 from $155 following yesterday's investor day. The analyst came away incrementally more positive with confidence in management's ability to achieve its 2023 revenue/earnings model. He also sees a potential shift towards leading edge foundry/logic to drive process control intensity higher which could provide upside to forecasts. Sankar reiterated his Outperform rating on KLA-Tencor shares.
