As previously reported, Morgan Stanley analyst Dara Mohsenian upgraded Kimberly-Clark to Equal Weight from Underweight, stating that while its initial FY19 EPS guidance of $6.50-6.70 was 2.5% below the prior consensus at the midpoint, he views it as "reasonable." After the 2019 EPS consensus declined by about 11% in the last twelve months, he now thinks the worst of the negative EPS revisions look to be over. The analyst also sees the potential for lower pulp prices, at some point, to likely put a floor below the stock. Mohsenian raised his price target on Kimberly-Clark shares to $113 from $107.
