William Blair analyst Adam Klauber views shares of Kemper as "even more attractive" after the recent pullback, which he attributes to selling pressures from Infinity Property shareholders receiving Kemper stock. This has created a good buying opportunity as near-term results "should be strong," and the Infinity deal closed ahead of schedule, Klauber tells investors in a research note. The analyst's upside scenario assumes earnings per share of close to $6.50 in 2020, which he says could translate into a higher multiple and a stock price of $110 or more. Klauber says Kemper "continues to be our top conviction idea." He keeps an Outpeform rating on the name.
