Northcoast analyst John Healy lowered his Q4 EPS and same-store sales forecasts for CarMax after his channel checks suggested slower conditions in January and February. He cut his same-store used unit estimate to a decline of 2% from a prior view of 3% growth and lowered his EPS estimate to 84c from 95c.
