Barclays analyst Brandon Oglenski upgraded Kansas City Southern (KSU) to Equal Weight citing valuation as well as the company's lower capital spending and higher margins. The analyst raised his price target for the shares to $99 from $94. Oglenski this morning also upgraded CSX (CSX) to Overweight and downgraded C.H. Robinson (CHRW) to Equal Weight.
