Macquarie analyst Danny Moran downgraded KapStone to Underperform and lowered his price target to $11 from $23 on shares. Moran expects KapStone's premium multiple to erode given his belief that containerboard pricing has peaked and he sees further downside risk from slowing relative volume growth.
