As previously reported, BofA/Merrill upgraded KapStone to Buy from Neutral and raised its price target to $24 from $20. Analyst George Staphos said Kapstone will benefit from the improvement in containerboard prices, the outlook in the kraft market, and is positioned for an uptick in PPI.
