JMP Securities analyst Christopher York downgraded Gladstone after the company announced the offering of 1M shares of 6.375% Series A Cumulative Term Preferred stock at $25 per share. The analyst says that the offering is dilutive to the company's NAV, while its leverage is high and the stock is "fully valued at current levels."
