After Leidos (LDOS) won the Navy's $7.73B Next Generation Enterprise Network, or NGEN, contract, Jefferies analyst Sheila Kahyaoglu noted this was "a takeaway win" from the incumbent, Perspecta (PRSP), which will likely protest. A protest would likely be resolved in the late second quarter timeframe, believes Kahyaoglu, who thinks the third bidder for the contract was General Dynamics (GD). For Leidos, she estimates annual revenue in the range of $800M, or 40c of EPS, from the contract.
