As previously reported, Buckingham upgraded Lear to Buy from Neutral and increased its price target to $160 from $145. Analyst Joseph Amaturo said share have "grossly" underperformed the broader market and believes most of the bad news related to a global auto production slowdown is reflected in shares. Amaturo views Lear as one of the best managed global auto suppliers that should outpace global production levels given its sizeable backlog, which should remain strong given secular trends.
