Buckingham analyst Joseph Amaturo downgraded Lear to Neutral from Buy and lowered his price target on the shares to $140 from $180 following the company's negative pre-announcement. In a research note to investors, Amaturo said he believes risk is more balanced at current levels following the weak news and downshift in FY19 outlook expectations, adding that he feels the factors hurting Lear's results are largely confined to the E-Systems segment, which has come under "substantial" pressure in recent quarters.
