UBS analyst Susan Maklari upgraded Lennar (LEN) to Buy saying that following the 14% pullback in shares over the past 10 weeks, the valuation is not adequately reflecting the company's positioning heading in to 2016. The analyst expects Lennar to realize improved operating leverage and sees an attractive buying opportunity at current share levels. She lowered her price target for the stock to $50 from $55. Maklari coupled the upgrade with a downgrade of D.R. Horton (DHI) to Neutral.
