Barclays upgraded Lennar to Overweight saying the company's FivePoint subsidiary is being undervalued by investors. The firm estimates FivePoint's four projects are worth $11.27 per share, well above what it believes analysts are valuing them at today. Barclays raised its price target for Lennar shares to $53 from $45.
