Raymond James analyst Buck Horne upgraded Lennar to Outperform and established a $53 price target citing the recent pullback in shares. Following last week's results, the analyst came away impressed with Lennar's 2Q16 SG&A ratio set a new company record, Houston and South East Florida order growth exceeded expectations, and the portfolio of ancillary businesses continues to deliver upside.
