MKM Partners analyst Megan McGrath lowered his price target on Lennar to $61, saying that while the company posted a "very solid" Q3 with strong order growth and better than expected margins, its guide-down for Q4 and fears over home-building market slowdown overshadowed the results. The analyst also keeps her Buy rating on Lennar, stating that the company is "unique" among home-builders based on its outperformance in growth as well as its solid balance sheet.
