SunTrust analyst Rohit Seth initiated Lennar with a Hold rating and $47 price target, citing integration risks for CalAtlantic, which the analyst said he sees "questionable synergies" with, along with higher land inventory than he'd like to see. However, Seth said that Lennar is on of the premier homebuilders, and could get past its headwinds, he would just wait for a better entry-point in the stock.
