Oppenheimer analyst Christopher Glynn downgraded Littelfuse (LFUS) to Perform from Outperform saying the shares may "consolidate recent gains" into the IXYS (IXYS) acquisition close slated for early 2018. The analyst believes moderate 2017 price downs could more than offset ongoing productivity gains in 2018
